Adapted from Aylin Balboa’s work “This Story Is Longer Than You, Osman,” the play brings to the stage the inner reckoning that begins in the wake of a breakup. The story, which unfolds through letters written to Osman after the end of a long relationship, gradually shifts from a search for a response to an internal reckoning. Directed by Salih Usta, the production features a performance by Şenay Gürler that reveals the character’s emotional transformation in a simple yet compelling manner.

“Vampyr,” developed by Chilean director Manuela Infante using an experimental theatrical language, is a multi-layered theater production that explores the relationship between nature, energy, and humanity, and is now being presented to audiences in Turkey for the first time. Produced in collaboration with Beykoz Kundura, the production addresses concepts of exhaustion, production, and labor through the lens of a mock-documentary format and hybrid beings; by linking vampire mythology to current environmental and political debates, it offers the audience an unconventional theatrical experience.
