Entry - Exit Hours

Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Guests who wish to change these hours according to availability should inform the reception.

Emergency Exits

For fire and other emergencies, please refer to the evacuation plan behind the room door showing the emergency exit doors and stairs. In case of emergency, please dial 0 on the telephone in your room.

Gathering Areas

For major disasters such as earthquakes, the gathering area designated by the Istanbul Governorate for this region is Gülhane Park. For other minor emergencies, the gathering area of our hotel is the entrance of our hotel.

Fire and Safety Information Leaving the Hotel When the Security Alarm Sounds

If it is impossible to leave your room,

  • Pull the nearest available fire alarm.
  • Please call the reception desk (0) to report the situation.
  • Do not use the elevator.
  • You can take your valuables with you or keep them in the safes in the room.

Leaving the Hotel When You Hear a Fire Alarm

  • Take your room card and act with caution.
  • Do not open the door if the door handle is hot. If it is not, open it carefully and take precautions to close it again if necessary.
  • Do not use the elevator.
  • If there is smoke in the corridor, move as close to the ground as possible.Crawl on your hands and knees.

If it is impossible to leave your room,

  • Switch off the air purification system.
  • Please inform the reception (0) of your room number.
  • Avoid opening or breaking windows in the first place.
  • Tuck soaked towels, wipers, curtains and bed sheets between doors and windows and close air vents.
  • If smoke enters your room, cover yourself with a damp blanket to prevent smoke inhalation.
  • If smoke still fills the room, it may be necessary to open the window a little.
  • If the windows do not open, break one with a chair. However, if flames or smoke are coming up from downstairs, do not open the window or break the glass.


In emergencies, a doctor is called for a fee. In other cases, our guests are directed to the nearest hospitals.


For your safety, our hotel is monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day. Please use the safes in the rooms for your valuables. For your own safety, please lock the room door before going to bed.

Food and Beverage

During your stay, it is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside our hotel for health reasons.


Our breakfast is in our breakfast room between 07:00-10:00 in the morning.

Key Card

Our rooms work with electronic card system. After opening the door, you can plug the door cards into the energy socket next to the door to ensure the operation of the electrical and electronic equipment in your room.

Baggage Services

After checking out, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room next to the reception until you leave the hotel.
When you drop off your belongings, do not forget to get a baggage receipt to avoid any confusion.

Bellboy Service

The bellboy service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Guest Relations

A guest relations officer is available at the front desk to provide you with any assistance and advice you may need.


Pets are only accepted in the disabled room.

Air Conditioner and Ventilation

When you insert the energy card, your air conditioning and ventilation system will start operating.


During your stay, your rooms are maintained in accordance with your wishes, taking into account hygiene rules. You can inform the housekeeping staff or the reception about your needs regarding the rooms.

Welcome Tray

Our hotel has tea and coffee service. You can get it from the reception. The water flowing from the fountain is water for use, not for drinking. You can order water from room service for drinking.

Non-Smoking Rooms

Our hotel rooms and all indoor areas are non-smoking.

Safety Deposit Boxes

For the safety of your valuables, we kindly request you to use the safe in your room. We would like to inform you that our hotel management does not accept responsibility for cash, jewelry, passports and other valuables left or found in the room. We kindly ask you, our valued guests, to use personal safes in order to avoid these situations.

Room to Room Search

If you need to call another room from your room, you can dial 0 after picking up the handset to be connected to the room number at Reception.

Do Not Disturb

Please place the electronic button in the room or the red part of the card behind the room door facing outwards on the door. Or use the electronic system in your rooms.

Wake Up Service

If you inform the guest relations manager of the time you wish to be woken up, you can use this service free of charge.

Message Notification Service

During your absence from the facility, all messages sent to you are recorded and left in your room.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Tailor, Ironing Service

If you need, you can benefit from laundry, dry cleaning, tailor and ironing services within the prices in the guest service guide. If you put your belongings in the laundry bag and mark them from the list and inform the guest relations officer or the reception, your belongings will be taken from the room.


The products consumed in the minibar in your room are checked every day and new products are added. The products you use will be added to your room account and invoiced at check-out. The minibar price list is available in the guest service guide.

Sewing and Boucle Set

You can find a sewing kit for when you need it and shampoo, shower set, soap etc. for your personal use in your rooms.

Baby Bed

There is a free baby bed service in our hotel. You can request a baby bed for your babies and small children.

Lost and Found Goods

Please contact the reception for any lost or found items during your stay.

Parking Lot

There is no indoor or outdoor parking lot in our hotel. If you request, the guest relations officer will inform you about the parking lot.

Postal Services

The guest relations officer will provide you with the necessary guidance in case of any shipping needs.

City Tours

Please consult the Guest Relations Manager for any information requests and programs for Istanbul and other cities.

Taxi Service

For your taxi needs, the guest relations manager will assist you upon your request.

Public Transportation and Transfer Service

In order to minimize carbon emissions and support sustainability, we encourage our guests to use public transportation or electric vehicles. The guest relations manager will assist you with your request.

Credit Cards

Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted at our hotel. American Express card is not accepted.

Shoe Shine Service

In your room, there is a sponge to polish your shoes and a polished cloth to shine them. You can get help from our reception staff to take advantage of the shoe shine service.
